f0909eb14e Add 'par' as external formatter 
Enables par to 'pretty print' text, formatted to reasonable
specifications.

gq will invoke the external formatter.

6d1d33758f Enable ColorLine and WildMenu support in vim 
colorline enables highlighting of current line
wildmenu shows tab-completions in statusline

Also places custom color options after previous colorscheme settings to
assure that all are applied in most, if not all, cases.

40365fc8d6 Add several commonly used plugins 
I'm too lazy to use Pathogen, so I've just linked the source in the .vim
folder.

Plugins in use are:

- GitGutter
- Solarized colorscheme (sometimes)
- Vim-Airline*
- Syntastic*
- NERDTree*
- Tabular*

* Not included in .vim- installed via package manager

1f403dd88f Update Whitespace view, correct spelling highlight 
Whitespace errors are now shown using the listchars, and will only
appear during 'trailing' or mixed initial conditions.

Spellcheck will now correctly highlight and display text in readable
font colors and text.

Enables 1px borders on all windows, and removes
unnecessary titlebars.

43ee2d35f7 Correct Filetype commands and add override 
Filetype autocmds were applying settings to all buffers. This change
will fix the issue.

Additionally adds overrides for file extensions. Markdown files were not
properly being detected.

5d30163779 Correct prepare-commit-msg for Git Amends 
Corrected the grep to properly identify the 'tested on' string, and
prevent it's inclusion if present.

The 'tested on' string should still be included if the amendment is made
on a later date.
