Jawwad Ahmad 892dcfd903 Remove OCMock and Cartfiles (Cartfile.private, Cartfile.resolved) 
Summary:
We no longer use OCMock so it can be removed.
OCMock was the only external dependency fetched using Cartfile.private so its no longer needed as well.

More information on the Apache License can be found here

Setup:

Run ./generate-projects.sh && open FacebookSDK.xcworkspace. This will generate the Xcode projects and open the workspace.
