51195f9439 electron - Update BrowserWindow.setMenu signature (#15428) 
* BrowserWindow.setMenu accepts `null`

Passing null to setMenu removes the menu bar. The explicit "or null" type annotation is needed for users using the "strictNullChecks" option.

* Add tests for BrowserWindow.setMenu
