c3696a6b87 auth0.lock - fix module name 
The module name for auth0.lock is auth0-lock as seen in the example:

https://github.com/auth0/lock/blob/master/examples/webpack/src/app.js

I'm not sure where the Auth0Lock name came from, but typescript fails to
resolve the module with the name Auth0Lock.

83fb0a3c49 kolite command, dirtyflag are no longer added to ko but are added to AMD exports. they are also broken into 3 different files. changed to reflect this and added ambient declarations so everything works in typescript with requirejs. 2016-03-01 16:37:22 -07:00
