* Add example scripts and docs for Serverless Framework
* Refactor Examples folder and scripts
- Add a common config.sh script
- Move SAM templates to scripts/SAM
- Add Serverless templates to scripts/serverless
- Update the scripts to work with new folder structure and config.sh
