Jude Nelson 4656fe951a CONSENSUS-BREAKING CHANGE: if we can't find the pubkey hex in the script

sig, then set it to "", not None.  This hadn't been a problem before,
because all keys were p2pkh and always had public keys.  With multisig
support, this will no longer be the case.
