dcdb9a8336 allow tests to state that certain fields' values change at certain 
blocks (i.e. value hash) in ways that are inconsistent with prior
releases, but still correct

2750b7cdeb check serialization outputs (from the SERIALIZE: lines in the test logs) 
across multiple releases.  Verify that the same
deterministically-generated fields match in the same blocks'
transactions.
