Summary:
ScrollResponder was missing a non animated version for zoomToRect.

- scrollResponderScrollTo <> scrollResponderScrollWithoutAnimationTo
- ~~scrollResponderZoomTo <> 🆕 **scrollResponderZoomWithoutAnimationTo**~~
- `scrollResponderZoomTo(rect, animated = true)`
