Summary:
StrictMode compliance is important for Async Rendering and other Future Tech(tm).

Also clean up some lint.

== Test Plan ==
* No more StrictMode warnings for `FlatList` (`VirtualizedList` is another story....).
* props warnings still show up when appropriate.
