Tim Yung 19a8a578dc RN: Improve ViewPropTypes ...

Summary:
Makes a couple improvements to `ViewPropTypes`.

- Remove deprecated transform props. We are now using exact object types, so they are already disallowed.
- Remove garbage types for `accessibilityLabel`.
