Summary: A couple of small changes: 1. `onEnqueue` was decoupled from `enqueueEvent` for easier and unified overiding in subclasses (other methods will call `onEnqueue` soon); 2. `flushEvents` was decoupled from `onBeat` (we will put more stuff into `onBeat` soon).
