Russell Wheatley 52eeed31b3 feat(crashlytics): add new APIs checkForUnsentReports, deleteUnsentReports,didCrashOnPreviousExecution,sendUnsentReports (#4009) 
Adds the following additional Crashlytics APIs:

- checkForUnsentReports()
- deleteUnsentReports()
- didCrashOnPreviousExecution()
- sendUnsentReports()
