3684d3adb1 Clarify ZSH mode 
Insert mode is blank by default, [CMD] will appear only if Vi CMD mode
is activated.

Messages can be inserted for 'normal' (insert) mode.

cbbbc6d673 Add notification if in a remote session 
ZSH will display [SSH] in the right prompt if connected to a remote
session.

This allows for easier discernment between local and remote sessions.

1477915814 Correct screen blanking 
- Correct screen blanking, screensaver will no longer activate
  immediately upon login.
