f7011e0472 Fix port detection lag on OS X with Firewall enabled (#319) 
This fixes #302 by temporarily forking `detect-port`.
Hopefully this fix will be merged into the original project, and we can refer to it again.

3a1ed7a9d0 Recommend st instead of http-server
