## Description of changes It turns out `isinstance(bool, int)` returns True. We need to test for `bool` separately. Addresses the first part of https://github.com/chroma-core/chroma/issues/671 ## Test plan A new test, `test_boolean_metadata`, marked xfail. ## Documentation Changes None.
