529a438c0b Create deploy status (#5) 
* Create a simple status update with curl

* Add some lint and a new entrypoint.sh

* Use key-value rather than json resultfile

* Switch to pure shell

* Remove unused line

* Verbose it

* Correct way of getting deployment-id

* Use json in statusupdate

* string interpolation

* Clean up and lint it

* Rename to github-deploy

* Add licenses and README
