Steve Fenton e911b3c061 Added extensibility point for templates.
This allows named templates to be added, for example:

    interface HandlebarsTemplates {
        specialListOfThings: HandlebarsTemplateDelegate;
    }

So the strongly typed version can be used.

    var template = Handlebars.templates.specialListOfThings;
