Christopher Cortes f5d1b56f76 angular-material: fix wrong "ng" namespace in some types (it should be "angular") (#16204) ...

This caused a TSC error: "TS2503:Cannot find namespace 'ngr'". Replaced "ng" by "angular" in some places.
