* Update teact-native typings to react-native@0.34

* Address review feedback

- remove ES6 Promise definition
- replace class/type -> interface to match w/ existing definitions
- remove duplicated types: I18nManagerStatus and EmitterSubscription
Remove ES6 Promise definition

* Keep previous typings as react-native.0.29
