Better typing for headers
...
Lack of indexing in `AxiosXHR#headers` made it unusable without casting.
Requests / Responses with more than one instance of the same header make the value be a `string[]`. Often happens with headers like `Set-Cookie`.

When setting headers, tsc complains that "Index signature of object type implicitly has an 'any' type."
E.g. ajaxSettings.headers["Authorization"] = "secret";

axios: add functions to InterceptorManger
...
Both the request and response interceptor are InterceptorManager's
https://github.com/mzabriskie/axios/blob/master/lib/core/InterceptorManager.js
So, they have `use` and `eject`.
