0d05dab342 Issue #11. Do nothing for windowless views. 
During session restore, the callback is called a lot with views
that have no window. Ignore those. Fixes triggering of the "slow plugin"
dialog.

17feacc1f5 lots of big changes 
uses glob for finding files and dirs to allow for wildcards.  Settings
file for custom root.  Still no img dimensions.  Sorry.
