Removed Pixate Freestyle SCSS support. Switched to one size-class based storyboard,
and a LaunchScreen xib. Worked around removed Pods-Environment.h. Remove some now-
unneeded test coverage cruft. Removed Crashlytics support. Updated to CocoaLumberjack 2.
Fixed issue with PyObjC in Yosemite/El Capitan. Fancy new spinner in tiramisu.
